"Baianas" are always part of the parade of a samba school during Carnival. A woman born in the Brazilian state of Bahia is a "Baiana". At the end of the nineteenth century, some Baianas moved from Bahia to Rio de Janeiro, and played a major role in the birth of samba schools. That´s why they remain legendary and continue to be honoured during Brazil's most famous festival. This Baiana is delightful, happy and gorgeous. Inspired by Brazil, inspired by Australia.
